Pay once.No monthly cap.Your invoices stay on your phone.
An invoice and quote app for tradespeople. Your logo, your tax, your price list. It makes a clean PDF and an Excel file, and it works with no signal.
Real screens from the app. Tap the phone to pause.
Why people switch
No monthly fee
Some invoice apps keep raising the monthly price. This one costs $29, once.
No cap on invoices
Some paid plans stop you at three invoices a month. Here there is no limit.
Nobody can lock you out
There is no account to close. Your invoices live on your own phone, and you keep a backup file.
What you get
- Your own copy of the app, at a private link sent to your email.
- It adds to your home screen like an app, on iPhone or Android, or runs in the browser on a computer.
- Once it has opened with signal, it is built to keep working with none.
- No account and no login. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
- Invoices and quotes, numbered in order (1001, 1002...). A quote turns into an invoice in one tap.
- Your logo, your business details, up to two tax lines (like GST and PST), any currency.
- Print or save a PDF, or make an Excel file.
- A price list you can fill from a spreadsheet: import a CSV, or start one from a template.
- A backup file you keep, and a reminder to make one.
What it is not
It is not an App Store or Google Play app, and there is no cloud sync. Your invoices are on the one phone or computer you use them on. To move them, or keep them safe, you save a backup file and open it on the other device. It does not take card payments from your customers.
Is this safe?
A fair thing to ask before you put anything on your phone. Here is what it does and does not do, and how to check it yourself.
- It is a web page, not a program. It does not come from an app store, and there is no file to download and run. It opens in your phone's own browser, like any website. If you add it to your home screen, your browser makes the icon. On Android, Chrome may list it with your apps; it is still only this web page, and it can do nothing more than the page can.
- It does not ask for your camera, location, microphone, contacts or notifications. There is no code in the app for any of them. Adding your logo opens your phone's own picker. It may offer to take a photo, which is your phone's choice, and the app gets only the one picture you pick.
- One thing it may ask your browser: to keep its saved invoices from being cleared when the phone needs space. Some browsers show that as a question. Yes or no, the app works the same.
- It sends nothing you type. There is no code in the app that sends what you type anywhere. As a second lock, our site tells your browser that the page may connect only to its own address, invoices.shimon.dev, and the browser refuses anything else. That is the line
connect-src 'self'in the page's security settings. - Your invoices stay on your phone, in your browser's own storage. There is no account and no copy on our side, which is why the app reminds you to keep a backup file. They leave your phone only when you send them yourself: a printout, a PDF you share, a backup file you save.
- Check it yourself. Open the app once with signal, then turn on airplane mode and keep using it: it works, because it needs nothing from the internet. On a computer, press F12, open the Network tab, and make an invoice: nothing new is sent while you type.
- Try before you pay. The free demo is the same app, so you can do the checks above before spending anything. And if you buy it and it is not for you, write within 14 days and you get your $29 back.
- This sales page counts its visits and button presses: a few totals a day, with no cookies and nothing about who you are. The app itself counts nothing.
Who made it: a Calgary locksmith, for the shop he works at.

Pay $29 by cardThe button opens a checkout page run by Stripe, a payment company. We never see your card number. Give your email there: that is where your copy goes.

Help
Install it on your phone
iPhone: open your link in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen". Android: open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then "Add to Home screen" or "Install app". Open it once with signal; after that it works offline.
On iPhone, add it to the Home Screen. Safari can clear a website's saved data if it goes unused for a while. The home screen app is kept. Make a backup file either way.
Set your tax rate
Open Settings. Type your tax name and rate (for example GST 5). Tick "Add a second tax line" for a second one, like PST 7. No tax? Set the rate to 0.
Back up and restore
Tap Backup, then "Export backup file". Keep the file somewhere safe: email it to yourself, or save it to Files, Google Drive or iCloud. The app reminds you after a few new invoices.
To restore, or to move to a new phone: open your link there, tap Backup, then "Choose backup file". It replaces what is on that device, and asks first.
What if your site goes down?
Your invoices are not on our site. They are saved on your own phone or computer, so trouble on our site does not delete them.
The app keeps its own copy on each phone or computer where you have opened it, and it is built to open that copy when it cannot reach our site. A new phone needs the site to open your link.
Your backup file is yours: one plain file with every invoice and quote, your price list and your settings, kept wherever you like. Opening it in the app puts everything back.
Import your price list
Save your list from Excel or Google Sheets as CSV, with a name column and a price column. In the app, add an item, then "Import CSV". Rows it cannot read are listed with the reason before anything is saved.
